Being the 11th day of September, the 254th day of 2006, I shall say that it's Xiu Wei's 15 year old birthday! I simply can't believe she's 15 years old already. *just kidding* Okay la. I told her to be mature but she told me she'll be childish as ever! By making this sentence, it's proven. She's still childish. lolls.
